The levers for a sustainable food system

legumES researchers based at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research have just published a paper-reviewed in the high-impact science journal Nature Food, evidencing the critical roles that legumes can play in realising more-sustainable food systems.  Consuming more legumes in-line with the Planetary Health Diet – could reduce premature mortality, nitrogen pollution and water demand.
